Introduction
The Founding and Governing Code of Ethics shall delineate the conditions, principles, and required commitments for determining the ethics of your activities at The Ikoku Institute, and in this manner, shall ethically govern and guide the Agreement you shall enter into via any conduct or service relating to The Ikoku Institute. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

— 4.34.1. All of the aforementioned in this section shall constitute the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs (the “Code of Ethics” and “Ethics”) and shall form an integral part of the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs as well as The Ikoku Institute Conduct and Service Agreement you may enter into with The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs.
