Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy shall delineate the conditions, principles, and protections for confidentiality and privacy that shall be integral to the Agreement you shall enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Institute. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 10.1.0. First, with respect to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy you shall legally agree to via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.1.1. Policy, Basis
that the name of the Policy shall be the “Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs” (the “Confidentiality and Privacy Policy,” the “Confidentiality Policy,” and the “Privacy Policy”); that the nature of this Policy shall be to serve as the policy on confidentiality and privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs; and that the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy shall consist of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for confidentiality and privacy in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Institute Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which shall therefore include, but not be limited to, those delineated below;
10.1.2. Policy, Agreement
that you shall understand the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Institute;
10.1.3. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement shall include your legally equivalent consent to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy;
10.1.4. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement shall include your legally equivalent duties to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy;
10.1.5. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement shall include your legally equivalent entry into the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Institute;
10.1.6. Policy, Governance
that the governance of the Agreement and the Codes and Policies and your adherence to them when relating to The Ikoku Institute shall include your legally equivalent adherence to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and its legally equivalent governance over all your conduct and service relating to The Ikoku Institute, in any way, either directly or indirectly, via any manner, means, method, or mode;
10.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement shall include your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
10.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement shall include your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
10.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement shall include your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 10.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, you shall covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

10.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by applicable understandings of confidentiality and privacy as they are normally operative and reasonably interpreted in law, policy, and society;
10.2.2. Policy Understandings, A
the above including such understandings of confidentiality protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to discretion, non-disclosure, personal and professional trust, personal and proprietary interest, personal and procedural nonprejudice, and safeguards and secrets;
10.2.3. Policy Understandings, B
the above including such understandings of privacy protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to non-detection, non-dissemination, non-exposure, non-identification, non-intrusion, and non-public access, administration, management, operation, and ownership;
10.2.4. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.5. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.6. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy practices as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.7. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy principles as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.8. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy processes as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.9. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy rights as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.10. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.11. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you shall have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 10.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment shall be the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Institute that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service shall be free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy, the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment shall include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Institute the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy conditions, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment shall include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Institute the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy definitions, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment shall include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Institute the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy principles, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment shall include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Institute the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy processes, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment shall include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Institute the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy rights, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment shall include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Institute the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you shall respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and shall in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to confidentiality and privacy; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Institute’s own duties pertaining to confidentiality and privacy, confidentiality and privacy conditions, confidentiality and privacy definitions, confidentiality and privacy principles, confidentiality and privacy processes, confidentiality and privacy rights, and confidentiality and privacy safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you shall also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and shall in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce confidentiality and privacy protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in confidentiality and privacy that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy shall require your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Confidentiality

Conditions for Confidentiality

Section 10.5.0. With respect to conditions for confidentiality, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.5.1. Confidentiality Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for confidentiality;
10.5.2. Confidentiality Conditions, Administration
that the confidentiality of The Ikoku Institute and provisions attendant to such confidentiality — as administered solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.5.3. Confidentiality Conditions, Areas
that confidentiality in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Institute — and attendant principles and provisions for such confidentiality — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.5.4. Confidentiality Conditions, Founder
that confidentiality for and of the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such confidentiality — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.5.5. Confidentiality Conditions, Ownership
that the confidential ownership of The Ikoku Institute and the rights attendant to such confidentiality — including that protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to the confidential interest-, share-, stake- and stock-holding controllership, fiduciaryship, ownership, and equivalent of The Ikoku Institute, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.5.6. Confidentiality Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring confidentiality at The Ikoku Institute, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.5.7. Confidentiality Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to confidentiality at The Ikoku Institute — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.5.8. Confidentiality Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for confidentiality at The Ikoku Institute shall be authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Confidentiality

Section 10.6.0. With respect to duties for confidentiality, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.6.1. Confidentiality Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall fulfill and shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for confidentiality;
10.6.2. Confidentiality Duties, Activity
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an act or activity of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.3. Confidentiality Duties, Agent
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.4. Confidentiality Duties, Arrangement
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an arrangement of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.5. Confidentiality Duties, Conduct, Service
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.6. Confidentiality Duties, Entity, Organization
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs, including as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.6.7. Confidentiality Duties, Material
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a material of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.8. Confidentiality Duties, Matter
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a matter of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.9. Confidentiality Duties, Procedure
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.10. Confidentiality Duties, Relation
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Institute;
10.6.11. Confidentiality Duties, Request
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, any expectation or request pertaining to confidentiality at The Ikoku Institute that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.6.12. Confidentiality Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for confidentiality shall be by refraining from as well as reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and shall not be by, in any way, diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Confidentiality

Section 10.7.0. With respect to rights for confidentiality, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.7.1. Confidentiality Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall respect and shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for confidentiality;
10.7.2. Confidentiality Rights, Civil
the rights for confidentiality accorded to persons at The Ikoku Institute by their applicable state or territorial governments;
10.7.3. Confidentiality Rights, Legal
the rights for confidentiality accorded to persons at The Ikoku Institute by applicable law and regulation;
10.7.4. Confidentiality Rights, Entity, Organization
the rights for confidentiality of The Ikoku Institute, including rights of confidentiality accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs, as a confidential organization and entity of confidential administration, via the Codes and Policies;
10.7.5. Confidentiality Rights, Human
the human and natural rights for confidentiality accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Institute via the Codes and Policies, including absolute rights for confidentiality of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
10.7.6. Confidentiality Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for confidentiality shall be by refraining from as well as reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and shall not be by, in any way, diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Confidentiality

Section 10.8.0. With respect to safeguards for confidentiality, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.8.1. Confidentiality Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall maintain and shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for confidentiality;
10.8.2. Confidentiality Safeguards, Activity
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an act or activity of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.3. Confidentiality Safeguards, Agent
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.4. Confidentiality Safeguards, Arrangement
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an arrangement of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.5. Confidentiality Safeguards, Conduct, Service
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.6. Confidentiality Safeguards, Entity, Organization
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs, including as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.8.7. Confidentiality Safeguards, Material
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a material of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.8. Confidentiality Safeguards, Matter
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a matter of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.9. Confidentiality Safeguards, Procedure
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.10. Confidentiality Safeguards, Relation
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Institute;
10.8.11. Confidentiality Safeguards, Request
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to consider any expectation or request to safeguard confidentiality at The Ikoku Institute that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.8.12. Confidentiality Safeguards, Rights
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for confidentiality, including rights to such safeguards;
10.8.13. Confidentiality Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for confidentiality shall be by refraining from as well as reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and shall not be by, in any way, diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Privacy

Conditions for Privacy

Section 10.9.0. With respect to conditions for privacy, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.9.1. Privacy Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for privacy;
10.9.2. Privacy Conditions, Administration
that the privacy of The Ikoku Institute and provisions attendant to such privacy — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.9.3. Privacy Conditions, Areas
that privacy in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Institute — and attendant principles and provisions for such privacy — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.9.4. Privacy Conditions, Founder
that privacy for and of the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such privacy — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.9.5. Privacy Conditions, Ownership
that the private ownership of The Ikoku Institute and the rights attendant to such privacy — including that protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to the private interest-, share-, stake- and stock-holding controllership, fiduciaryship, ownership, and equivalent of The Ikoku Institute, solely and wholly by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.9.6. Privacy Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring privacy at The Ikoku Institute, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.9.7. Privacy Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to privacy at The Ikoku Institute — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — shall be attained, maintained and protected, and shall not be infringed in any way;
10.9.8. Privacy Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for privacy at The Ikoku Institute shall be authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Privacy

Section 10.10.0. With respect to duties of privacy, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.10.1. Privacy Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall fulfill and shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for privacy;
10.10.2. Privacy Duties, Activity
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an act or activity of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.3. Privacy Duties, Agent
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.4. Privacy Duties, Arrangement
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an arrangement of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.5. Privacy Duties, Conduct, Service
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.6. Privacy Duties, Entity, Organization
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs, including as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.10.7. Privacy Duties, Material
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a material of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.8. Privacy Duties, Matter
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a matter of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.9. Privacy Duties, Procedure
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.10. Privacy Duties, Relation
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Institute;
10.10.11. Privacy Duties, Request
the duty you shall have to maintain and not infringe, in any way, any expectation or request pertaining to privacy at The Ikoku Institute that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.10.12. Privacy Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for privacy shall be by refraining from as well as reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and shall not be by, in any way, diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Privacy

Section 10.11.0. With respect to rights for privacy, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.11.1. Privacy Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you shall respect and shall not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for privacy;
10.11.2. Privacy Rights, Civil
the rights for privacy accorded to persons at The Ikoku Institute by their applicable state or territorial governments;
10.11.3. Privacy Rights, Legal
the rights for privacy accorded to persons at The Ikoku Institute by applicable law and regulation;
10.11.4. Privacy Rights, Entity, Organization
the rights for privacy of The Ikoku Institute, including rights of privacy accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs, as a private organization and entity of private administration, via the Codes and Policies;
10.11.5. Privacy Rights, Human
the human and natural rights for privacy accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Institute via the Codes and Policies, including absolute rights for privacy of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
10.11.6. Privacy Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for privacy shall be by refraining from as well as reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and shall not be by, in any way, diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Privacy

the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Institute;
10.12.4. Privacy Safeguards, Arrangement
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an arrangement of The Ikoku Institute;
10.12.5. Privacy Safeguards, Conduct, Service
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Institute;
10.12.6. Privacy Safeguards, Entity, Organization
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Institute for International Affairs, including as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.12.7. Privacy Safeguards, Material
the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a material of The Ikoku Institute;

the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a matter of The Ikoku Institute;

the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Institute;

the practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to consider any expectation or request to safeguard privacy at The Ikoku Institute that is meaningful and reasonable;

with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for privacy shall be by refraining from as well as reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and shall not be by, in any way, diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

that The Ikoku Institute shall hold protecting such organizational confidentiality and privacy to be important to its formation, governance, and overall administration;
10.13.3. Protections, Entity, Areas
that The Ikoku Institute shall hold protecting such organizational confidentiality and privacy to include that of its official areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent, as well as any involved act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or material or matter;

that The Ikoku Institute shall hold protecting such organizational confidentiality and privacy to include that of its official conduct and service, as well as any involved act, activity, agent, arrangement, asset, or material or matter;

Section 10.14.0. With respect to confidentiality and privacy protections for the Founder of The Ikoku Institute, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

Section 10.16.0. With respect to protections of confidentiality and privacy from specific risks and threats, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.16.1. Protections, Cooptation
that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from attempts to coopt, takeover, or otherwise usurp the Founder’s administration, management, operation, ownership, or equivalent of The Ikoku Institute, including attempts that are collectivist, communal, communist, cooperative, governmental, judicial, regulatory, socialist or statist, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.2. Protections, Disclosure
that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from infringing access, communication, data and information, disclosure, exposure, identification, leak, publicity, transparency, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.3. Protections, Ethics
that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from intentional or unintentional infringement of ethics, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.4. Protections, Non-Consent
that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from inadequacy, insufficiency, or other infringement of consent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.5. Protections, Non-Provision
that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from non-provision of required and standard confidentiality and privacy administration, measure, practice, procedure, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.6. Protections, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned determinations of specifically relevant risks and threats, and protections against them, shall be made solely by the Founder and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Section 10.17.0. With respect to protections of confidentiality and privacy from standard risks and threats, you shall understand and agree to abide by the following:

that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from standard risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from any incompatibility relating to The Ikoku Institute, as provided for in the Codes and Policies;

that The Ikoku Institute shall protect itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from standard risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from any inconsistency relating to The Ikoku Institute, as provided for in the Codes and Policies;

Concluding, Construing
and that nothing in this Policy or in the Codes and Policies — and no conduct or service relating to The Ikoku Institute or the Founder — shall be construed or interpreted by any entity, office, or person as in any way allowing, authorizing, awarding, contracting, delegating, distributing, dividing, donating, duplicating, making free or public, or otherwise sharing any aspect of The Ikoku Institute or of its administration, ownership, or equivalent, all of which shall be and remain under the sole administration and ownership of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
